The mug didn’t come broken, it was wrapped good which was what I was the most concerned about. It looks exactly as it does in the picture, very nice printing and hasn’t chipped at all I’ve washed it and scrubbed it a few times now. Perfect gift for a coffee addict like my mother haha!
